  If you are thinking of hiring a limo in Swansea, choose carefully and AVOID SWANSEA LIMOUSINE HIRE! I booked them for my daughter and her classmates year 6 Mini Prom yesterday. Alarm bells started ringing the night before the prom when they called me and asked me to pay the balance! Luckily, I had paid both the deposit and balance by card (weeks before) and not cash! Their excuse was the person who took the payments hadnt put it on their paperwork!!! Anyway, when I booked it I told them the prom was at 6.30 in the Marriott so they said theyd come to the School by 5.15 so the children could have plenty of time for photos, then take the girls for a spin around and give them glasses of lemonade, before dropping them off at the Marriott in time for the prom. Sounded like exactly what we wanted! So, last night the limo arrived on time, but one of the little girls was running late and arrived at 5.30. No problem I thought, still plenty of time for them to have a drive round and get to the prom on time. The limo left and myself and another mum left at the same time. Wed just got to the Marriott (went straight there) when the limo pulled up, the kids got out and off he drove without even a goodbye! It was well before 6pm! I called the company to ask why they didnt get to have a drive round and lemonade etc, but they said that the booking was only for 45 minutes. AT NO POINT was I ever told this and if I has been then I would have booked the limo for later! The guys attitude on the phone was awful and basically told me its tough and theres nothing I could do about it! At that, the limo turned back up carrying another set of children!!! No wonder theyd been in a rush!!! I decided to leave it there and go and enjoy seeing my daughter in her prom. I was in the room, watching her and her friends bust a move on the dance floor when I had a tap on my shoulder and standing over me was the limo driver and another man. I felt exceedingly threatened and uncomfortable to put it mildly! They asked me if I was the one who had complained and when I said yes, they said well, as you were so upset the kids didnt get a glass of lemonade, heres 2 bottles and laughed!!! Actually laughed!!! They also told me that they didnt know why I was moaning as the children were there in plenty of time for their party!... I did tell them EXACTLY where I thought they should put the bottles! Eventually they left, but not after upsetting both myself and my 11yr old daughter (who was obviously worried about me being cornered by 2 unknown men!). So, basically, not only do this company think its ok to mis-sell services and disappoint young children, they also think its perfectly fine to intimidate females too!!!
