- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I bought a 3 seater sofa and a 2 seater sofa in April 2016 and just out of the years guarantee....the leather started coming off and it revealed plastic underneath so the claims that it was premium leather when I bought it were totally untrue.....Anyone can see it is rubbish quality stuck on plastic leather......Also they are breaking in several places.....I have been waiting for their service department to get back to me....They phoned me today and said they cant do anything as my guarantee is just up and I would have to pay for any repairs.....I was gobsmacked...Her attitude on the phone was one of she couldnt care less and was quite curt...I am not amused....I am going to take it further...I am not putting up with this treatment and shoddy sofas that fall apart after a year......
