- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆Was given bicycle as a present last September and £170 was paid for it only for a fault to occurr two weeks ago. I took it back to your store yesterday to learn there was a fault with the back cassette and rear axle which meant i could no longer use it. He told me it would cost £150 to repair and nothing else he could do for me other than to suggest i scrap it and buy a now reduced bike for £99. I used it to cycle to work which is under four miles a day which as you will agree is low mileage. Apparently according to him it also should have been serviced at four weeks!! I find your service nothing short of Disgusting and am investigating all avenues.By Admin, May 24, 2017
